This reads metadata and hashes the original info bytes. It does not connect to P2P networks or verify content files or v2 Merkle piece integrity.
Limits: 200 keyword characters; 32,768 magnet characters and 100 trackers; 8 MiB torrents, 10,000 files and 64 nesting levels.
