Compare local dates, times and daylight saving changes, then plan and export a meeting

Dates, time zones and meeting titles stay in your browser. They are not uploaded or saved automatically.

Live mode shows the current instant. Pause it to plan a meeting and download a calendar file.

Work hours

Highlights use Monday–Friday and this daytime window, without holidays or individual schedules.

Compare up to 8 time zones, including the reference zone.

Choose a time and time zones to compare.

Creates a single event with UTC start and end times. Import the downloaded file into your calendar yourself. No invitations, reminders or recurring events are created.

Conversions use the time zone rules built into your browser. Future rules may change; check again close to the meeting.

How to use

  1. Choose a reference zone and enter its local date and time, or paste an ISO time with Z or a UTC offset. Repeated times require a choice; nonexistent times are not shifted automatically.
  2. Add participants’ time zones and compare dates, UTC offsets and meeting end times. Work-hour highlights cover the whole meeting; offset changes are flagged separately.
  3. Copy the comparison or download CSV. Pause live updates, enter a title and download ICS to import yourself. Duration means actual elapsed minutes.
