Understanding the results
- RGB accepts integers from 0–255, or three percentages from 0–100%. HSL uses commas: hue 0–360 (optional deg), saturation and lightness 0–100%.
- Large text means at least 24px regular text, or approximately 18.67px bold text.
- Pass/fail uses the original, unrounded ratio. The display uses two decimal places; HEX and the picker round to 8-bit channels, and RGB/HSL text uses up to six decimal places.
- Checks color contrast for opaque sRGB text and backgrounds only. It does not evaluate fonts, images or page structure and does not certify a website for full accessibility.
